The 2025 Prom Benefit presented by Martinelli's Market will be held on March 1, 2025 at I Hotel in Champaign, with doors opening at 7 PM for general admission. This year's goal is to raise $125,000 (375,000 meals) for our neighbors facing food insecurity. Laissez les bon temps rouler, and join us for a Mardi Gras-themed night of dancing, games, auction packages and raffle prizes, and the crowning of our King and Queen!

Prom Court

Meet our Prom candidates now, and help determine who takes home the crown by donating to the candidate(s) of your choice! Each $1 donated is one vote for a candidate, and provides three meals to our community.

FAQ

What's the dress code for Prom?
Prom looks should be formal, but fun! We encourage guests to arrive dressed for a gala, but to be creative with each year's theme.

Will there be food and drinks available?
Heavy hors d'oeuvres, our signature drink, and a selection of beer, wine, and soda are available to guests. Mixed drinks can be purchased, and payments at the bar must be made by credit/debit card—I Hotel does not accept cash.

How much are tickets?
Early bird tickets are available through January 31 for $125 per ticket and $1,250 per table of 10. Beginning February 1, tickets are $150 per ticket and $1,500 per table of 10.

When is my last chance to buy a ticket?
Prom tables fill fast, so we recommend buying as early as possible! Tickets will be available until February 20, or until sold out.

What time do doors open?
VIP happy hour guests may arrive beginning at 6:30 PM, with general admission beginning at 7 PM.

What can I expect at Prom?
Guests will be directed to a registration line upon entry. In this area, guests have access to a coat check and restrooms. After registering, guests can enjoy food and drinks, browse our online auction items, and give any last minute donations to the Court candidate of their choice.

Once the program begins, guests can participate in fun activities that raise thousands of meals for our community, including a heads/tails game and paddle raise. The program will conclude with the introduction of Prom Court and crowning of the new King and Queen, and the closing of our online auction.

At that point, it's time to dance!

Where do I park? What I Hotel entrance should I use?
I Hotel will provide signage and staff to direct traffic. We recommend entering via St. Mary's Road, and entering the Heritage Ballroom wing's north-facing doors.
